The books are about Demi gods, and the Greek Gods, the Greek gods have babies with normal mortals. the demi gods go to this camp, Camp Half Blood and they train. They have quests that they go one and run into monsters. So Percy Jackson is the demi god we follow in the series. They have a total of 5 books, and he is the son of Poisedon(sp) anyway they have a prophecy of when a child of the Big Three, Zeus, Hades and Posiedon turns 16 they could destroy Mt Olympus, so throughout the books Kronos (Zeus, Hades and Posiedon father) is trying to get the demi gods to turn on the Gods. Throughout all five books Percy, and his friends have to save the world and eachother from Kronos.
