New and french too and VA-addict !

Hello

My name is Ondine and I live in Paris, France.
I've just finished VA book 3 and I just want to diiiiiiiiie !
I confirm what Lauren said about nobody knowing about VA here in France
I was looking for a forum or a french community and I found nothing in french !
OK, the problem is that of VA not beeing translated into french yet ! (I hope some publishing house's doing it right now ! I'd do it myself if I could since I'm working for a french publisher !)
That's why I'm so happy to be here and share with people who know what it feels like to be a VA addict ! ;-)))
I just can't wait to receive book 4 I've ordered this morning (should have chosen the 24 H shipping !)
I was reading book 1 since, I don't know, 2 months ! (because I always read 2 or 3 books in the same time, I can't help it, I'm conditioned by my job !) in the bus on the way to my office ! And then maybe around page 180 something triggered everything off and I couldn't stop my self ! Until now !
The situation at the end of book 3 reminds me of that in "Buffy the vampire slayer" when Angel lost his soul (I hope you're enough "old" here to know Buffy and her legendary dilemma with the soulless beloved Angelus) but I'm pretty sure somebody had already mentioned the similarity !
And as I've already said, now I just want to die ! And I'm sick because of what Rose is going to go through !
Yeah I know I'm a bit too much enthusiastic ! But that's why we're here, share our passion !
And also please do forgive me if I speak broken english sometimes !
About the characters, I love Rose above everyone ! I didn't think I would at first because there was something I disliked in her attitude of mind but now I do. Her grief affected me so much ! Seems to be a very powerful identification process ! ;-))
I'm not particularly fond of Dimitri but I love him because SHE loves him ! That's what's called empathy ! ;-))
My favorite men's characters are Christian and Adrian (the hotest !)
My introduction is tooooo long ! I'm very happy to be here and I hope we'll discuss a lot of theories about this incredible series !
