| I'm 25 I'm surprised considering the series was meant for young adults. especially in comparison to the content of say her succubis series. I'm actually just starting her dark swan. I've been hesitant for a while. it never really appealed to me before but i finally decided to give it a shot. has anyone here read it? _________________ "I knew it! | I suppose that sort of thing happens with a book series aimed at teens (though it's a "Young adult" thing so that could really mean anything ) |

| Now I feel old!! Crying or Very sad yeah sometimes I feel that way too, and others I'm glad to be out of the drama of being a teen or or college kid. It was fun while it lasted but I love my financial security and independence. Right now is the best of both worlds, still young enough to have fun, only now we can afford to drink the expensive drinks and not watered down pabst. Sometimes I feel old when i find myself saying things that start with, remember back when... Good ole days... We just need to keep having fun and making memories because when were in our thirties we'll be saying we feel old, remembering all the stuff we did in our twenties. And so on and so on until we're old enough to just not care anymore. I'll probably be rereading these books on my death bed on my 50th generation 3d interactive kindle/ teleporter. _________________ "I knew it! | Jill reminded me of something I've wanted to ask someone eventually. A question for all Americans about drinking (age related): Does it annoy you knowing that other nations have the legal drinking age at 18, or do you think it's better to wait? Personally as a non-drinker I don't really have an problem with either, because I don't think legal ages actually stop anyone if they really want to drink, but I thought I'd ask anyway. |
