| I guess he could be, but I doubt we'll ever really know. And anyway, I doubt dhampirs are considered royal if they're related to royal Moroi. I think they're thought of as just dhampirs. haha, can you imagine if royal-dhampir's existed with the status to go with the name? They'd be like inbetween Royal Moroi and other Moroi. Now that would piss off quite a few people I would think.
