| i was shocked. I didnt expect that from a YA novel- but it made me appreciate RM and the series so much more in a weird way.

I agree, both as a Giant Robot Anime Fan, and as someone who just wants a good Story + Plot done right, that such a death had significance to the tale.

| I think shocked is a bad for it though. Because yes i was shocked but it wasn't shock writing you know what i mean? LIke you said Cross, it had significance. It just wasn't thrown it for no apparent reason other than shock value. Alot of authors try to be edge-y but RM doesn't try.. she just is. U guys know what i mean? |
