yeah i totally agree. I love Lissa and all but it's like she can't think of anyone else but herself. She acts a little pathetic at times and she can't think for herself. She depends on other people for stuff and i feel that she isn't a very good best friend.

Rose does everything for Lissa and she worries about her all the time, when Lissa could make it all easier and admit that she still has problems instead or hiding them. She also proves that she's a little self obsessed because she didn't figure out that Rose and Dimitri had a thing for each other. Adrian figured it out and he's known Rose for what a few days?

I feel for Rose because she feels she can't share her problems with Lissa because she thinks that Lissa won't cope.

But as I said I love Lissa, she's kind, caring and sensitive. everyone has bad points.

I think Adrian had a little help though, he had the aura thing under control and could see mood/emotions, but I get what you're saying.

I still think Lissa is an Angel Princess who somehow got wrongfully stuck in a Vampiress's body, and should be wearing Playboy Bunny Suits, just to drive Christian insane, complete with boldly urging Christian to mate with her! Razz

Co-ruler might work better, sort of like a parliament. I don't know who would suit that role, but I like how you've got a dhampir AND and moroi, that way both sides get a say in what happens.

I like the image of the anime lady...she's just missing Jade Green Eyes[Jade-Green, not Sea-Green!Lissa's not Perseus's half-sister, for crying outloud!] and i'm glad she looks more Moroi than Strigoi, because if she didn't look milky-white, i could have sworn Lissa went Strigoi.
