I realize looks can be decieving, but the way they described Rose in the books was curvier than the slim Moroi, and Tonystark616 is kinda of right...She does look a little too scrawny. Or just not filled out enough if you know what I mean....

But face-appearance wise...She could do, she looks a little young but idk, she could work.

I agree with basically everyone else here, I don't really want VA to be made into a movie...not unless it can be done with top notch quality and acting. But even still, I have an image, I don't want it tainted.

As for choosing actors? I can't really, because I don't know any of the 'younger' actors. I'm 34, I don't follow the teen stuff. I have seen Narnia, and Ben Barnes as Dimitri? I don't think so...so THIS fan doesn't agree that he should be Dimitri. Hell no!

I didn't get a "badass" vibe off of Ben Barnes, either. Sorry. I know some of you here like him. But he doesn't do anything for me.

For Dimitri, for a start he needs to be mid-late 20s (some late 20s can still pass for 22-24), he needs to be built. Maybe not body-builder big but built...you know, muscular enough, broad shoulders, pecs and abs definition, decent biceps. Someone who will look good in the leather cowboy duster coat. No offense, but Ben Barnes doesn't fit the bill. Not yet anyway.

Your guy here in Ivashkov's tag, Chris Evans, he could also be a candidate for Dimitri. He's about the right age, he's definitely nicely built! I'm not sure how tall he is, though. A guy needs to be tall to pull off the coat. If a guy, even if he's built and hot, is short, the coat won't look good. Just like it's not recommended for 'fuller figured' people to wear horizontal stripes. It just doesn't flatter and doesn't look good.
