I wish Mead had spent just a wee bit more describing him. I honestly don't have a clear picture in my head and the cover of Shadow Kiss doesn't fit the description we do have. So anyway, here's a thread to discuss the Guardian "god" that all the other Novices and Guardians respect. Do you think it's fair to saddle Dmitri with that moniker? Is it hard tot live up to others' ideals of perfection?

i hope mead does what cast did and finds a way to reverse the strigoi transformation or at least just for him.

I really like our Dimka. He's great. Sure, I would love to know more about him. Where he goes, what he does when he's not training Rose. That sort of thing. I especially want to know what goes through his mind sometimes. What he thinks about when he's alone.

He's an amazing Guardian, but as we see in Shadow Kiss, he's not perfect, either. I hope that's not a spoiler.
