Will there be a cure for being a strigoi

I think that richelle mead won't want to kill one of her main characters. I think she should make a cure. Maybe Rose can turn strigoi. What do you think.

I highly doubt Rose gets turned Strigoi. I would hope there's some way of saving Dimitri. Rose and Dimitri are made for each other!

Can Rose even turn Strigoi? She might not be able to since she's shadow kissed. She's like the anti-Strigoi, and is even able to sense them when they're in the vicinity.

I've been thinking something along the same lines. I wonder if it's possible for Rose to die until Lissa's died? like with Vladimir and Anna, Anna didn't kill herself until Vladimir had died, almost as though she couldn't be killed/died naturally while the person who tied her to the earth was still kicking.

That would mean Rose is virtually indestructible with Lissa alive. Sure she can get wounded pretty badly, but not die. That's one of my theories now Razz

The only thinkg I can think of is: Rosa kills Dimka then Lisa brings him back as normal dhampir and becomes shadow kiss .

Really? Cause the only thing I think can happen is that Rose will have to go to the world of death and retrieve is soul. lolz But you bring up a good point.

I guess Lissa might be able to bring Dimitri back if Rose kills him first. Because as a Strigoi, he's not technically alive or dead, and as far as we know, Lissa and other spirit users can heal "living" creatures, and bring "dead" ones back to life. But Strigoi are neither... so we don't know if Lissa's magic will even work on him in that state. But if Rose kills him, and THEN Lissa brings him back... well, that might work.

But that would only work if he's staked. If she finds that impossible and has to behead him or burn him, healing wouldn't exactly work.

I don't think Lissa will cure Dimitri because then he's going to have a bond with Lissa also and that wouldn't be right if he's going to end up with Rose...
I concluded that either Rose does turn Strigoi (sorry, don't know If I spelled that right) and then somehow turns back into herself, the same for Dimitri, or Dimitri does dies but then Rose brings him back from the dead, because she has that power to see the dead people for some reason. Ugh. I just don't want Dimitri to die.

I don't think Lissa would be able to bring Dimitri back. coz for one, she'd have to cross the wards to do it and second, Rose still had a soul when she died....Dimitri doesn't. I don't want to sound all negative about it...but it's like .... I have no idea what to think!!

god point. but rose and possibly go to the sprit world and get his soul back.. i can see it now. were not gonna get any answers in BP were going to have to wait till SB

I can't see her being able to going into the world of the dead and come back alive, not without the help of someone with Spirit. I think that's the whole point. A Spirit person can bring back a soul, and Rose might be able to see them but I don't think she can get hold of someone who is dead.

I've been thinking about that too. It would be nice to know if we're on the right track, but at the same time it'd be even better if the solutions/plot twists so far beyond our imaginations (though I'll be happy either way)
