Not really no. Someone fun who doesn't fall for his surface image (drinking party-boy)...someone who gets who he is (someone like Rose, but not Rose herself...a bit less rebellious and obviously not in love with Dimitri Razz

Not really no. Someone fun who doesn't fall for his surface image (drinking party-boy)...someone who gets who he is (someone like Rose, but not Rose herself...a bit less rebellious and obviously not in love with Dimitri Razz

If we are talking about characters who are already in the books, then I think Mia fits your description pretty well.

I'm not too sure about Mia. I know she's sort of on the same level as Rose in recklessness and has grown in a way (no longer concerning herself with images etc.) I still think she's a bit too out there for Adrian. He needs someone stable, because he's already fairly unbalanced himself with the whole spirit thing, and while Mia is definitely more stable than Rose she's taking on this whole "Moroi-fighters" thing which could be potentially uncertain. While I don't think Adrian should be with something completely boring I do think he needs someone less involved in so many outrageous things.

But like with all my opinions they're not set in stone. If by chance Mia and Adrian do end up together I'm willing to change my opinion on the matter. But to me, at the moment, they don't fit just yet.

I have no idea. He seems to have a reputation with women, so I'd guess he's had something going on before. But I don't think anything serious. What I think is sweet, in a Rose/Adrian fans opinion, is that it seems like Adrian has stopped with the womanizing ever since he met Rose. From what we've seen, it's as if his heart belongs to Rose. Which is sad, because I know that there is a very slim chance that Rose will ever love or even have romantic feelings for Adrian in return.This is a another reason why I feel sorry for Adrian. He's probably going to get his heart broken in the end.

I never really bought the whole womanizing thing. I think most of it was rumours or a cover. To me he doesn't seem like the type who goes around sleeping with people. Even in Frostbite when he was going after Rose. If he really was a womanizer then he wouldn't have kept trying with her...not so frequently at least, he would have moved onto another girl and maybe gone after Rose again if they crossed paths. He kept seeking her out showing his true self.
So I agree, it is really sweet. But that still doesn't change my opinion Razz

i still think Mia shes sassy like rose, doesn't take crap like rose in fact she is a lot like rose. After spokan however she lost that bitch side of her and became more mature and more serious. Mia is grounded enough to keep adrian in line, yet sassy enough to have fun with adrian. They would get eachother the way other people can't.

I know there's a major age difference, and everything, but seriously, I think Janine could keep him in line, and Adrian could get Janine to open up a bit more, come out of her shell, and actually have some fun for once. I agree with Cassandra. I think Rose will never let Adrian near her mother. I'm not sure Janine would ever go for it either. But, i think personality wise, you nailed the idea. I just dont see a character we've met so far that has that same personality. Maybe in the next book someone will wonder in?

I thought the same thing, but then, i agree with who ever said it before, that they don't think a new character would be introduced simply to give us someone for adrian. i think it will be someone we already know. maybe rose will remeet sidney?? i think shes a bit too anti-vampire to ever go for it, though. hmmm.... maybe jill??? again, major age difference, but... i don't know.
